Lt Governor Najeeb Jung today appointed Smt. Dilraj Kaur IAS as Member Secretary of Delhi Commission for Women (DCW). The move comes eight days after Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal had sought removal of incumbent Alka Dewan terming her appointment “unconstitutional”.
