Shri Dilip Kumar IAS (Punjab 1995) presently Joint Secretary, National Human Rights Commission (NHRC), has been appointed  as Officer on Special Duty (OSD) (JS level), Office of Lokpal for a period of six months on additional charge basis or till a new incumbent joins the post.
