Shri Dhrubasish K Deka IRS (IT 2012) , has been appointed as Private Secretary to the Minister of State for Petroleum and Natural Gas (Shri Rameswar Teli) in the Ministry of Petroleum and Natural Gas at the level of Deputy Secretary for a period of five years with effect from date of assumption of charge of the post.
