Indian Bureaucracy PSU News | DFCCIL is on the fast track to recruit manpower on large scale for its Western & Eastern Dedicated Freight Corridors. In furtherance of this objective, Physical Efficiency Test (PET) for 896 posts of DFCCIL Multi- Tasking Staff (MTS) in Civil, Electrical, Signalling & Telecommunications and Operating streams was carried out at Commonwealth Games Village, Delhi from 13.06.2019 to 16.06.2019. The recruitment for 896 posts includes 127 posts for ex-servicemen besides complying with Government of India guidelines for reservation.
The selection process consists of a Computer Based Test (CBT) followed by Physical Efficiency Test (PET). Total 19,899 candidates appeared for the CBT held earlier out of which 4263 candidates were called for the PET. The tech-based test comprised Radio Frequency Identification (RFID) and CCTV recording for absolute accuracy and transparency. Medical facilities with ambulance, refreshments as well as sufficient counters for recording attendance, biometrics were in-place at the venue to make the entire process seamless evoking widespread appreciation from the participating candidates.
