Haryana, Civil Aviation, Industries & Commerce and Skill Development & Industrial Training Departments, has been transferred and posted as Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Haryana, Irrigation & Water Resources Department and Additional Chief Secretary to Government, Haryana, Public Health Engineering Department.
