The Department of Administrative Reforms and Public Grievances (DARPG) released its 17th Monthly Report on the Centralized Public Grievances Redressal and Monitoring System (CPGRAMS) for September 2023. The report provides a detailed analysis of the types and categories of public grievances and the nature of their disposal.

Achievements of DA&FW:

  1. The Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare received the highest number of public grievances in September 2023, totaling 11,198.
  2. The Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare emerged as the top performer in the Grievance Redressal Assessment & Index within Group A (more than 500 grievances) for September 2023.
  3. CPGRAMS has been integrated with the Common Service Centre (CSC) portal, and the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare received the highest number of grievances through this integration, registering 5,167 grievances in September 2023.
  4. Of the grievances received by the Department of Agriculture and Farmers Welfare in September 2023, 46.14% were filed through CSCs, amounting to 5,167 out of 11,198 grievances.
  5. In September 2023, 387 grievances were brought forward, 11,198 new grievances were received, resulting in a total of 11,585 grievances. Out of these, 8,830 grievances were disposed of, and 2,755 grievances were pending as of September 30, 2023.
  6. From January to September 2023, 5,145 grievances were brought forward from December 31, 2022, and 95,687 new grievances were received, totaling 100,832 grievances. Out of these, 98,077 grievances were disposed of, and 2,755 grievances were pending as of September 30, 2023. During this period, a disposal rate of 97% was achieved.
