Conrad Sangma to be sworn-in as Meghalaya CM

National People’s Party pioneer Conrad Sangma will be confirmed as the following Chief Minister of Meghalaya tomorrow. Association clergyman and senior BJP pioneer KJ Alphons told media people in Shillong that Governor Ganga Prasad has welcomed Mr Sangma to frame another legislature in the state.

Mr Sangma appreciates the help of 34 recently chose MLAs from BJP, HSPDP, United Democratic Party, Peoples Democratic Front and Independent.

Assam serve Himanta Biswa Sarma said that more MLAs are probably going to go along with them.Pioneers from these gatherings met Governor yesterday evening and staked claim to frame the following government. NPP has won 19 situates in gathering surveys. A previous priest of Meghalaya, Conrad Sangma is the child of previous Lok Sabha Speaker PA Sangma. He is as of now the Lok Sabha part from Tura body electorate. He said improvement of the state will be his principle need.

In the mean time, Mukul Sangma has surrendered as Chief Minister of Meghalaya. A Raj Bhavan official stated, the senator has acknowledged his renunciation and requested that Mr Sangma proceed as CM till another administration is shaped.
