The CISF has launched a mobile application through which travellers can register complaints to recover items they lost or forgot at various airports.The app called ‘Lost and Found’ can be downloaded from the website of the Information and Technology Ministry.

The ‘Lost and Found’ plan was first propelled by the power on its site in 2015 to follow and reestablish things and resources deserted by the suburbanites at air terminals. shri Singh said the CISF reestablished property worth 50.05 crore a year ago while assets/things worth Rs 5.49 crore were reestablished to the travelers this year through the web-based interface, Singh said.
