Shri Chaudhari Uday Gaurishankar IAS (Maharashtra 2010)has been appointed Joint Secretary, Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change for a combined tenure of five years upto 23/06/2026 by temporarily downgrading a vacant post of AS in the Ministry to JS level.
