Shri Chandra Shekhar Kumar IAS (Odisha 1992), has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Higher Education, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for an overall tenure of five years i.e. upto 29.01.2024, by upgrading a vacant post of Director in the Department and to be adjusted against the next likely vacancy of JS in the department.
