April 2025- Indian Bureaucracy News Network | In a significant reshuffle of administrative leadership, the Government of Uttar Pradesh has announced the transfer and new postings of 16 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) officers across the state. These transfers, dated April 2025, reflect the state’s ongoing efforts to optimize governance, bring fresh perspectives to key districts, and strengthen the delivery of public services.

- Shri Nikhil Tikaram Funde IAS (Uttar Pradesh 2014) presently District Magistrate- Chandauli has been transferred and posted as District Magistrate, Ayodhya, Uttar Pradesh.
- Shri Chandra Mohan Garg IAS (Uttar Pradesh 2016) presently Municipal Commissioner, Prayagraj Municipal Corporation has been transferred and posted as District Magistrate, Chandauli, Uttar Pradesh.
- Shri Seelam Sai Teja IAS (Uttar Pradesh 2018) presently Chief Development Officer, Jaunpur has been transferred and posted as Municipal Commissioner, Prayagraj Municipal Corporation, Uttar Pradesh.
