Shri Birendra Kumar IA&AS (1984) presently CVO, Power Finance Corporation Ltd. (PFC), Delhi, has been given premature repatriation to his parent cadre w.e.f. 27.01.2020 in order to enable him to join on the higher post (proforma promotion) before superannuation on 3 1.01.2020.
