Bihar Transfers – 3 IAS Reshuffle in Bihar | The Bihar Govt has shifted 3 Indian Administrative Service Officers across the state with Arunish Chawla IAS (1992) presently ACS – Planning and Development, with additional charge of Secretary- Bihar State Planning Board, Patna/ Project Director, Bihar Disaster Rehabilitation and Reconstruction Society, Patna will also hold the additional charge of ACS – Urban Development and Housing and MD- Patna Metro Rail Corporation Ltd., Dharmendra Singh IAS (2006) presently MD- Bihar State Housing Board, Patna with additional charge of MD- Bihar State Housing Board, Patna/ Enquiry Commissioner, GAD, Patna will handle additional charge of Secretary- Mines and Geology while Animesh Kumar Parashar IAS (2010) presently CEO-cum-Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation is now given additional charge of Special Secretary- Urban Development & Housing.
