Shri Bhupinder Kumar IAS (AGMUT 2011), has been appointed to the post of Director of Census Operations(DCO)/Director of Citizen Registration(DCR) (Deputy Secretary level), Jammu & Kashmir & Ladakh under the Central Staffing Scheme on additional charge basis w.e.f. the date of taking over charge of the post and for a period up to 31.12.2025.
