Shri Bhupendra Singh Poonia IAS (Odisha 2008) presently State Project Director- OPEPA with an additional charge of State Project Director RMSA Bhubaneswar and Chairman CHSE, has been transferred and posted as Managing Director, Industrial Promotion & Investment Corporation of Odisha (IPICOL) in place of Dr. Jawale Nitin Bhanudas IAS.
