Shri Bhaskar Khulbe IAS (West Bengal 1983) presently Secretary, Prime Minister of India (PMO), ACC has approved the re-employment as Secretary to Prime Minister, on contract basis for a period of six months beyond 31.03.2019 i.e. the date of his superannuation. Shri Khulbe had earlier served as a Director in Cabinet Secretariat, Joint Secretary in the Department of Personnel and Training and Principal Resident Commissioner in New Delhi. In 2001, he was also an adviser in the Indian embassy in Brussels.
