Shri Bhanu Bhaskar IPS (Uttar Pradesh 1996) presently Joint Director, CBI has been given extension of deputation tenure in CBI From 06.08.2018 to 05.08.2020 for a period of 2 years .Shri Bhaskar holds a bachelor’s and master’s degree in Political Science and International Relations, and a master’s of Philosophy on Policy Analysis. In 2006, he was the Chevening British Council Fellow, working on wildlife crime and other enforcement issues. During his fellowship year, he will concentrate on enforcement issues including strategies to combat human trafficking and wildlife crime.
