Mr M V Gowtama, CMD, BEL, received the award for BEL from Col Rajyavardhan Singh Rathore, Minister of State for Youth Affairs & Sports (I/C) and Information & Broadcasting, at the awards ceremony held at New Delhi on April 18, 2018.
