Shri Barhat Rahul Manhardan IPS (Rajasthan 2007) presently Deputy Inspector General of Police, RPTC, Jodhpur are hereby placed under the Ministry of External Affairs, Government of India for his appointment as Protector of Emigrants in PoE, Mumbai for a period of two years from the date of taking over the charge of the post.
