Shri Balamurugan D IAS (Bihar 2005) presently Additional Chief Election Officer- Election Department ,Patna, Bihar, has been transferred and posted as Project Director- Rural Livelihood Project and given additional charge of Special Secretary, Rural Development and OSD, Disaster Management.
