Shri Agarwal has done his graduation and PG in Political Science and also done his PG is Management and Finance. His Indian bureaucracy career started in 1990 as SDO and has worked across various departments namely, Energy, Women and Child development, School Education, Labour, Agriculture and Higher Education .
