Shri B Anand IAS (Tamil Nadu 1987) presently Secretary, National Commission for Minorities, Ministry of Minority Affairs , has been given in-situ upgradation and posted as Secretary, National Commission for Minorities, Ministry of Minority Affairs in the rank and pay of Secretary to the Government of India.
