Shri Arvind V , a law graduate with first-class honors from the Law Centre, Law College, joined the Indian Administrative Service in 2014. Over the course of his career, he has held key administrative roles including Regional Commissioner in Surat and Assistant Collector in Tapi-Vyara. His tenure in these positions reflects a strong grounding in urban development, municipal administration, and district governance.
