Arun Kumar Singh ,IAS (1988) presently posted as Principal Secretary, Co-operative Department, Jharkhand has been transferred as Secretary, Urban Development, Government of Jharkhand. Arun Kumar has done his graduation from Osmania University in History, Political Science and Public Administration and PG in Assam specializing in Human Resources and Marketing. He is also a PG from MIT Pune in Marketing and HR.
