The Union Cabinet, chaired by the Prime Minister Narendra Modi has approved Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) between Union Public Service Commission (UPSC) and Civil Service Council of Mongolia (CSCM). The MoU will strengthen the existing relationship between CSCM and UPSC. It will facilitate sharing of experience and expertise of both the parties in the area of recruitment.
