Anuj Kumar Bishnoi, IAS-UP1981, is appointed as Secretary, Department of Fertilizers. He takes over from Shri Jugal Kishore Mohapatra, IAS-OR1979, who was holding additional charge of Department of Fertiliser along with his current position as Secretary Rural Development. Prior to this appointment Shri Bishnoi he was the Secretary, Ministry of Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation.
Mr. Shashi Shekhar, IAS-TN1981, will take charge in place of Mr. Bishnoi. Prior to this appointment, Mr. Shekhar was Special Secretary, Ministry of Environment Forests and Climate Change.
