Shri Anoop Khinchi IAS (Nagaland 2008), has been appointed to the post of Director of Census Operations(DCO)/Director of Citizen Registration(DCR) (Director level), Nagaland under the Central Staffing Scheme w.e.f. the date of taking over charge of the post and for a period upto 31.12.2025.
