Shri Anil Kumar IAS (Haryana 1988) presently Additional Chief Secretary to Govt., Haryana, Welfare of Scheduled Castes and Backward Classes Department, has been transferred as Additional Chief Secretary to Govt., Haryana, Higher Education and Technical Education Departments vice Ms Jyoti Arora IAS (Haryana 1987).
