Shri Anand Swaroop IPS (Uttar Pradesh 1992) presently DG (Investigation), National Human Rights Commission has been appointed as Special Secretary (Internal Security) (level-17 in the pay matrix) in Ministry of Home Affairs up to 31.08.2029 i.e. date of his superannuation.
