Shri Anand Kumar Jha IFoS (Andhra Pradesh 1992), has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Ministry of Cooperation, from the date of assumption of charge of the post, for a tenure of five years or until further orders, whichever is earlier, vice Shri Abhay Kumar Singh, IAS (BH:2004).
