Ms. Amulya K G IDAS (2011) has been appointed as Director- Finance, Coffee Board, Bengaluru (a Non-CSS post, Director level) under Department of Commerce on deputation basis for a period of three(3) years.
Ms. Amulya K G IDAS is a senior officer of the Indian Defence Accounts Service with extensive experience in defence financial administration, accounting, budgeting and integrated financial advisory functions. She has built a career spanning more than a decade in the Defence Accounts Department, holding a series of important assignments across Bengaluru and Karwar.
Since January 2024, Ms. Amulya K G has been serving as Financial Advisor to Karnataka Naval Area at Karwar, where she is responsible for providing financial advice and oversight in matters relating to defence administration and naval operations. The assignment places her in a key position involving financial management, expenditure scrutiny and ensuring effective utilisation of public resources.
Prior to her present role, she served as Joint Controller Defence Accounts at the Principal Controller of Defence Accounts, Bengaluru, from February 2023 to December 2023. Earlier, from September 2021 to February 2023, she served as Joint Controller Defence Accounts at PAO (ORs), ASC Centre South.
Between May 2019 and September 2021, Ms. Amulya K G served as Senior Deputy Integrated Financial Advisor at IFA (IAF) Headquarters Training Command, Bengaluru. In this role, she was associated with the financial advisory system supporting the Indian Air Force and its training command.
Her earlier assignments include serving as Deputy Controller Defence Accounts at PAO (ORs), MEG & Centre, Bengaluru, from June 2016 to May 2019. She began her professional career in the Defence Accounts Department as Assistant Controller Defence Accounts at the Principal Controller of Defence Accounts, serving from April 2013 to June 2016.
