Shri Amitabh Kumar IRS (C&CE) (1992) , has been appointed as Joint Secretary, Department of Commerce, from the date of assumption of the charge of the post, for a tenure of five years vice Sh. Bhupinder S Bhalla IAS (AGMUT  1990).
