Shri Amar Singh IRS (IT 2010) presently Private Secretary to the Minister for Environment, Forest & Climate Change (Shri Bhupender Yadav) in the Ministry of Environment, Forest & Climate Change has been repatriated to his parent cadre i.e. Department of Revenue, on administrative grounds .
