Community coaches face bleak future ,after disengaged without any official order,
At a time when the government of india is giving trust towards development of sports infrastructure at the graass root levels in J&K by engaging youth through sports activities, but we the 200 community coaches face bleak future,we disengaged by sports council after one year of engagement and now we run from piller to piller to post to seek justice ,government sent us to National institute of sports paitala for eight weeks specail certificate course under #Prime #ministers specail package during october 2016 in three batches later appointed as cummunity coaches in there respected dirsticts under sports council .and even after giving good results at their services were discontinued without any justification.
We are engaged more than 60000 of youth in sports activites in 2016, now we have no option what to do , now 2 of our coaches taking another bad way ..
