Shri Ajit Kumar IAS (Kerala 2006) presently Director in the Ministry of Home Affairs, has been re-designated the post of Deputy Secretary, MHA  as a measure personal to him from the date of taking over charge of the post, and for a period up to 24.02 2022 i.e combined tenure of seven years under the Central Staffing Scheme.
