Piramal Foundation | Doing Well and Doing Good | Mr. Ajay Piramal, Chairman, Piramal Group, and Dr. Swati Piramal, Vice Chairperson, Piramal Group, met Smt. Draupadi Murmu, Hon’ble President of India, at the Rashtrapati Bhavan to discuss the various initiatives Piramal Foundation has taken to solve the most intractable problems in the country. The Hon’ble President was presented with a book titled, ‘Doing Well & Doing Good,’ that features the various initiatives undertaken by the Piramal Foundation in areas of tribal health and welfare, education, water conservation, Ayushman Bharat, and digital healthcare services.
In the past 15 years, the Foundation has touched the lives of 100+ million Indians by focusing on the most marginalized groups, bolstering the ability of states to implement impactful initiatives, and engaging youth in nation-building efforts.
