Ms. Aishvarya Singh IAS (Sikkim 2008) presently Joint Secretary- Department of Drinking Water & Sanitation has been given extension of central deputation tenure for a period of one year beyond 05.02.2026 by The Appointments Committee of the Cabinet.

She later assumed charge as Joint Secretary in the Ministry of Jal Shakti, Department of Drinking Water and Sanitation, in September 2025.
