Shri Adarsh Khare IRSME (1991), presently Chief Administrative Officer (CAO), Modern Coach Factory, Raebareli, Uttar Pradesh, in Non-Functional Higher Administrative Grade (NFHAG), is transferred and appointed as Principal Executive Director –  Research & Testing (R&T), Research Designs and Standards Organisation (RDSO), with additional charge of Principal Executive Director – Centre for Advanced Maintenance Technology (CAMTECH).
