Shri Abhay Kumar Singh IAS (Bihar 2004) presently posted as Additional Secretary in General Administration (GA)Government of Bihar, has been appointed as Private Secretary (PS) to Union Minister for Agriculture Shri Radha Mohan Singh.
Shri Singh is a BE in computer science and started his Indian bureaucracy career in 2005 as Asst Collector Rohtas, and been posted as DM- Kagaria, SDO-Bhagalpur and DM-Aurangabad and other important positions.
