Dr A Subbiah IAS (West Bengal) presently Principal Secretary, Backward Classes Welfare Department, with addl. charge of Commisnr., Medinipore Division and MD, WBECSC Ltd., West Bengal, has been transferred and posted as Principal Secretary, Agriculture Marketing Department with additional charge of Commissioner Medinipur Division.
