9 IPS transfers in Punjab | Indian Bureaucracy Exclusive – The Mann Govt in Punjab has reshuffled 9 IPS Officers across the state with immediate effect, the names of the officers are :
- Shri B K Uppal IPS (1991) presently available for posting now appointed as Special DGP Investigation- , Lokpal, Punjab .
- Shri Gaurav Yadav IPS (1992) presently ADGP- Modernization, Punjab transferred as ADGP- Administration with additional charge of Special Principal Secretary to Punjab CM.
- Smt Gurpreet Kaur Deo IPS (1993) presently ADGP- Administration transferred as ADGP- Community Affairs Division (CAD) and Women Affairs.
- Shri Jitendra Kumar Jain IPS (1993) presently ADGP- Powercom transferred as ADGP- PSPCL(Punjab State Power Corporation Limited), Punjab.
- Shri S K Asthana IPS (1993) presently available for posting now appointed as ADGP- Policy & Rules, Punjab .
- Shri Praveen Kumar Sinha IPS (1994) presently available for posting now appointed as ADGP- Punjab State Human Rights Commission.
- Shri G Nageswara Rao IPS (1995) presently ADGP- Cyber Crime transferred as ADGP- Human Rights, Punjab .
- Shri R K Jaiswal IPS (1997) presently IGP- STF, Punjab transferred as IGP- Cyber Crime, Punjab .
