PCS Officers Transferred Across Key Districts in Uttar Pradesh | UP State Bureaucracy

In a recent administrative reshuffle in Uttar Pradesh, several Provincial Civil Services (PCS) officers have been transferred and posted to new roles, aimed at strengthening district-level governance and operational efficiency.

Smt. Anshika Dixit, PCS, presently serving as Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Bijnor, has been posted as Additional District Magistrate (Judicial), Bijnor.
Smt. Vanya Singh, PCS, currently Additional District Magistrate (Judicial), Bijnor, has been assigned as Additional District Magistrate (Finance), Bijnor.
Shri Arvind Kumar Singh, PCS, presently holding the position of Additional District Magistrate (Finance), Bijnor, has been transferred as Additional District Magistrate (Finance), Deoria.

Shri Ajay Kumar Tripathi, PCS, who served as Assistant Director, Directorate of Local Bodies, Zonal Office, Lucknow, is now posted as Deputy Director, Directorate of Local Bodies, Lucknow.
Smt. Richa, PCS, formerly Deputy Director, Directorate of Local Bodies, Lucknow, has been posted as Additional District Magistrate (Namami Gange and Rural Water Supply), Mirzapur.
Shri Devendra Pratap Singh–II, PCS, has been shifted from Additional District Magistrate (Namami Gange and Rural Water Supply), Mirzapur to Chief Revenue Officer, Mirzapur.
Shri Satya Prakash Singh–II, PCS, serving as Additional District Magistrate, Mirzapur, has now been posted as Additional District Magistrate (Administration), Meerut.
Shri Balram Singh, PCS, currently Additional District Magistrate (Administration), Meerut, will now serve as Chief Development Officer, Siddharthnagar.

These appointments reflect the state government’s ongoing efforts to optimize administrative effectiveness across departments and districts.
