Minor Reshuffle in Uttarakhand – 8 IAS Transferred | The Uttarakhand Govt has reshuffled 8 Indian Administrative Service (IAS) Officers across the state with Nitesh Kumar Jha IAS (2002) presently Secretary and Director- Panchayati Raj relieved from charge of Director- Panchayati Raj, Radhika Jha IAS (2002) presently Secretary- School Education (Primary & Middle Education), Industrial Development and MSME, Uttarakhand given additional charge of Investment Commissioner, New Delhi, S A Murugesan IAS (2005) presently Secretary- Sports, Youth Welfare , Uttarakhand now posted as Secretary- Rural Development Department, Hari Chand Semwal IAS (2005) presently Secretary- Irrigation Deptt and Director- ICDS, Uttarakhand relieved from charge of Director- ICDS, Vinod Kumar Suman IAS (2007) presently Secretary-in charge, GAD, Protocol, Uttarakhand relieved from charge of Director- Urban Development, Vijay Kumar Yadav IAS (2006) presently Secretary-in charge, Skill Development and Service Scheme, Uttarakhand relieved from charge of Director- Skill Development Training, Dr. Ashish Kumar Srivastava IAS (2007) is given additional responsibility of Additional Secretary- Planning while Nitin Singh Bhadauria IAS (2011) presently Additional Secretary- Drinking Water and Mission Director- Jal Jeevan Mission (Rural), Uttarakhand is given additional charge of Additional Secretary- Panchayati Raj and Director- Swajal, Uttarakhand.
