8 IAS Reshuffle in Delhi Govt | Indian Bureaucracy Exclusive – The Delhi Govt has shifted 8 IAS (Indian Administrative Service) Officers with immediate effect with Niharika Rai IAS (2005) presently APO now appointed as Secretary (Finance) with additional charge of Secretary (Urban Development), Delhi , Virendra Kumar IAS (2006) presently Special Secretary- Dept Of Welfare of SC/ST/OBC/Minorities posted as Secretary- Dept Of Welfare of SC/ST/OBC/Minorities, Vijendra Singh Rawat IAS (2007) presently APO now appointed as Special Secretary (Urban Development), Delhi, Harleen Kaur IAS (2012) presently Special Secretary (Services) holding additional charge of Secretary (Sahitya Kala Parishad) and deployed in H&FW Department for planning and recruitment/deployment of human resources and its optimum utilization posted as Additional Commissioner- North DMC, Satyendra Singh Dursawat IAS (2012) presently Additional Commissioner- North DMC posted as Member (Finance) – Delhi Jal Board, Monica Priyadarshini IAS (2014) presently DC- New Delhi District, Revenue Department posted as Special Secretary (Health & Family welfare) with additional charge of Secretary (Sahitya Kala Parishad) , Dr Kinny Singh IAS (2014) presently awaiting posting now appointed as Special Secretary (Services) till 31.03.2022. She will be posted as Deputy Commissioner, New Delhi District, Revenue Department w.e.f 01.04.2022 while Saumya Sharma IAS (2018) presently SDM (Kanjhawla)- Revenue Department is now posted as Joint Commissioner (Trade & Taxes), Delhi Govt.
