8 IAS transfers in Telangana Bureaucracy – Indian Bureaucracy News | The Telangana Govt has reshuffled 8 Indian Administrative Service Officers across the state with Syed Ali Murtaza Rizvi IAS (1999) presently Secretary- Health appointed as Secretary – Energy Department, with full additional charge of Telangana State Transmission Corporation (TRANSCO) and Telangana State Generation Corporation (TSGENCO), Sandeep Kumar Jha IAS (2014) presently Joint Secretary – ITE&C appointed as the Joint MD- TRANSCO while Shailaja Ramaiyer IAS (1997) is appointed as the Principal Secretary for Health, Medical, and Family Welfare and also as the Commissioner of Health and Family Welfare.
