8 IAS reshuffle in Kerala | Indian Bureaucracy Exclusive – The Kerala Govt has shifted 8 IAS (Indian Administrative Service) Officers across the state with postings and additional charges with  Sarada Muraleedharan IAS (1990) presently ACS- Local Self Government (Urban & Rural) Depts to hold the charges of additional subjects of “Urban Waste to Energy Programme” and “Kerala Solid Waste Management Project (KSWMP)”, Bishwanath Sinha IAS (1992) presently ACS- Electronics and Information Technology Dept to hold the full additional charges of ACS – Planning and Economic Affairs Dept and Member Secretary- Kerala State Planning Board, in addition to the existing additional charges , K R Jyothilal IAS (1993) presently Principal Secretary- Transport Dept to hold the full additional charge of GAD in addition to the existing additional charges, M Sivasankar IAS (1995) presently Principal Secretary- Sports and Youth Affairs Dept to hold the full additional charges of Animal Husbandry, Dairy Development and Cultural Affairs (Zoo) Depts , K S Srinivas IAS (1997)  on repatriation from central deputation is now posted as Principal Secretary- Fisheries Dept, Tinku Biswal IAS (1997) posted as Principal Secretary- Food & Civil Supplies and Consumer Affairs Dept and will continue to hold the full additional charge of Principal Secretary- Ports Dept, Ajit Kumar IAS (2006) on repatriation from central deputation is gets posted as Secretary- PWD  while Priyanka G IAS (2017) on return from maternity leave is now posted as Director- Woman and Child Development Department, Kerala .
