7 IAS reshuffle in Bihar | Indian Bureaucracy Exclusive – The Bihar Govt has reshuffled 7 IAS (Indian Administrative Service) Officers across the state with Vivek Kumar Singh IAS (1989) presently ACS- Revenue & Land Reforms, Dept, Patna posted as Development Commissioner, Bihar, Brajesh Mehrotra IAS (1989) presently ACS- Industries Dept, Patna posted as ACS- Revenue and Land Reforms Dept with additional charges of Consolidation/Inquiry Commissioner, General Administration Dept and ACS- Parliamentary Affairs Dept, Sandeep Pondrik IAS (1993) presently Adviser- National Disaster Management Authoity, New Delhi now posted as Principal Secretary- Industries with additional charges of MD- Bihar Industrial Area Development Authority and MD- Infrastructure Development Authority, Vinay Kumar IAS (1999) presently Secretary- Food & Consumer Protection Dept , Patna with additional charges of MD- Bihar State Food & Civil Supplies Corporation and Mission Director- Bihar Development Mission given additional charges as Secretary- Planning and Development Dept , Secretary, Bihar State Planning Board and Project Director- Bihar Aapda Punarwas Evam Punarnirman Society (BAPEPS), Prem Singh Meena IAS (2000) presently Divisional Commissioner- Bhagalpur posted as Secretary- Social Welfare Dept with the additional charge of Director- Social Security, Anupam Kumar IAS (2003) presently Secretary- CM Secretariat with the additional charge of Secretary- Information and Public Relations given additional charge as Mission Director- Bihar Development Mission while Daya Nidhan Pandey IAS (2006) presently Secretary- Social Welfare, Patna is now posted as Divisional Commissioner- Bhagalpur , Patna, Bihar .
