7 IAS transfers in Assam | Indian Bureaucracy News – The Himanta Biswa Sarma Govt has shifted 7 IAS Officers across the state with immediate effect, the names of the officers are :
- Shri B Kalyan Chakravarthy IAS ( 1995) presently Principal Secretary, Labour Welfare and Skill, Entrepreneurship Departments to continue holding additional charge of Chairman- State Level Recruitment Commission for Class-IV Posts.
- Shri Preetom Saikia (Retd. IAS) presently Special Commissioner- Education Department appointed as Special Commissioner- Home and Political Department.
- Shri Pratim Majumdar IAS ( 2010) presently Registrar – Cooperative Societies transferred as Secretary- Social Welfare Department .
- Dr. Ashish Kumar Bhutani IAS ( 1992), Additional Chief Secretary- Agriculture, A H & Veterinary Departments and State Project Director- ARIAS Society, Agriculture Production Commissioner, Assam & Chairman- State Level Recruitment Commission for Class-III Posts relieved from the charge of Additional Chief Secretary- A H & Veterinary Department.
- Shri Jayant Narlikar IAS ( 2003) presentlyCommissioner & Secretary- Finance, Sports & Youth Welfare and Information Technology Departments, Commissioner, Lower Assam Division & Member- State Level Recruitment Commission for Class-IV Posts relieved from the additional charge of Commissioner & Secretary- Information Technology Department and given additional charge of Commissioner & Secretary- A H & Veterinary Department.
- Shri Rituraj Bora IAS ( 2010) presently Secretary- Cooperation & Cultural Affairs Departments & MD- Housefed relieved from the additional charge of Secretary- Cultural Affairs Department.
- Shri Ghanshyam Dass IAS ( 2012) presently Secretary- Personnel Department given additional charge of Secretary- Information Technology Department.
