5 IPS transfers in Karnataka – Indian Bureaucracy Exclusive | The Karnataka Govt has shifted 5 Indian Police Service Officers across the state with Bhaskar Rao IPS (1990) presently ADGP & CP- Bengaluru City now posted as ADGP- Railways, Bengaluru, Prashant Kumar Thakur IPS (1992) presently ADGP- BMTF, Bengaluru posted as ADGP- Lokayukta, Karnataka , Dr. Alikana S Murthy IPS (1992) presently ADGP- Karnataka, Lokayukta posted as ADGP & MD- Karnataka State Police Housing Corporation, Bengaluru, Dr. K Ramachandra Rao IPS (1993) presently ADGP- DCRE, Bengaluru posted as ADGP- Bengaluru Metropolitan Task Force while Arun Jeji Chakravarthy IPS (1995) presently IGP- Western Range, Mangaluru is now posted as ADGP- Internal Security Division.
