Five IPS Transfers in Haryana – Indian Bureaucracy Exclusive | The Khattar Govt has shifted 5 Indian Police Service (IPS) Officers across the state with Charu Bali IPS (1995) presently ADGP-SCB, Gurugram also given the additional charge of Bhondsi Police Complex, Gurugram, Mamta Singh IPS (1996) presently IGP-Karnal Range, Karnal given additional charge of IG-STF, Amitabh Singh Dhillon IPS (1997) presently IG-STF with additional charge of Transport Commissioner- Haryana & Secretary- Transport Department now posted as IGP-Modernization, Haryana with additional charge of Transport Commissioner- Haryana & Secretary- Transport Dept, Rakesh Kumar Arya IPS (2003) presently IGP-Hisar Range, Hisar given the additional charge of IGP-Personnel while Mayank Gupta IPS (2019) presently on inter-cadre transfer from Assam-Meghalya to Haryana is now posted as ASP-Kharkhouda (Sonepat), Haryana.
